And, once it arrives on your property, the box can be unfolded in about an hour.
In under an hour, the box will open up to reveal a fully furnished home.
When you open up the Boxabl Casita, it reveals a wide living space for your bedroom and living room. When you purchase the Casita, it comes with a double bed for the bedroom, great for singles or for couples. And it also comes with a two-seater couch for the living room.

A TV stand/closet sits in the middle, separating the two rooms.
On the other side of the house, they have added a full kitchen, dining space, and bathroom.
The kitchen has a full-sized refrigerator, stove with oven, double sink, and dishwasher. Plus it’s got lots of cabinets and drawers for your kitchen storage and your pantry.
At the end of the kitchen counter, you’ll have enough space for a dining counter for two people, with two chairs.

And next to the kitchen, you have the full bathroom.
Inside, you’ll find a sink counter with lots of drawers and a vanity mirror. It also has a toilet and a shower/bathtub with a glass door. Right outside the bathroom, they have also provided a washer/dryer, making it a complete home.
The Boxabl Casita is also peppered with large windows on all sides and ten-foot-high ceilings.
And it’s already been fitted with plumbing, electricity, and HVAC. Plus the Casitas are resistant to bugs, mold, fire, water, and wind.

Boxabl also used LED light and insulation technology to help you save and lower your energy bill.
You might ask, “How much will all this cost? Surely, this is not going to be cheap.”
Boxabl has taught of that and is committed to providing low-cost housing.
That’s why they took the time to work on the prototype for years to find the best materials and construction techniques to provide this house at a low cost.
The Boxabl Casita starts at $49,000. Wow, amazing!
And you can even have it customized according to your needs. Of course, that will come with additional construction and design fees.
People are so amazed by this low-cost house option that when Boxabl introduced the Casita to the public, they already received around 8,000 requests for the house. 1,300 people have already paid their deposit to have their own Boxabl Casita.
And it looks like they’ll have to upgrade their 170,000-square-foot factory to a bigger one or a second factory to accommodate all these reservations.
They’re also working on creating more boxes!
Soon, they’ll also offer a Kitchen box, a Two-Bedroom box, a Stair box (when you want two floors), and an Imagine box (when you can create your own room).
Wow, if they continue to create and offer homes like this, pretty soon, everyone in the US will be able to afford their own homes.
