The 24-foot tiny home-on-wheels transforms into what looks like a permanent dwelling when it has been stationed on land. Pull-down skirting hides the tires and makes it appear as if it is placed on a foundation.

Faux stone and real wood siding give the tiny home a beautiful mountain cabin feel. SimBLISSity did a wonderful job of mixing ‘rustic’ with ‘zen’ – the trailer hitch, when stationed, is hidden by a stunning Buddha sculpture.

The 250-square-foot open floor plan flows from the seating area, into the kitchen and dining room, and back to the bathroom. Up above is the cozy sleeping loft accessed by a unique custom-built staircase.

The U-shaped seating area is the perfect place to relax or catch up with friends.

A wraparound sofa is surrounded by windows, allowing guests to gaze out at the surrounding nature and wildlife. The faux stone covers the main wall in the seating area with two simple sconces on either side, providing a soft, warm light in the evening.

A propane fireplace sits near the sofa, providing a great focal point, as well as warmth for the cottage.

SimBLISSity makes sure to design their tiny homes for four-season living, so an efficient, yet beautiful, heating source was needed. This propane fireplace with ‘brick’ and iron hearth was the perfect choice.

Continuing into the next room of the home, you’ll reach the simple and elegant kitchen.

Large windows can be found on either side of the cottage, letting in an abundance of natural light and allowing the owner and guests to watch the deer grazing in the yard. The perfect setting for cooking up a nice meal.

The best part of this custom-made dining table is that it sits two people comfortably when folded in, but can be expanded to fit up to six people. How amazing and clever is that?

Located in the rear of the cottage is the beautifully designed bathroom.
