The secret lies in the broth, and particularly in the nutritients and minerals that are released when simmering the bones. The broth that is produced is considered “therapeutic” as it boosts the whole body. Many people drink a cup of the bone broth daily as it helps with the collagen production and protects the health of the joints, bones and skin!
