The interior of the two-bedroom, two-bathroom houseboat boasts floor to ceiling windows to give you fully unobstructed views.

The interior is completely modern and recently remodeled.

The living room is decorated with cool white and blue colors and includes a roomy sofa, two sitting chair, and a coffee table.

There are built-in books shelves and drawers for storage.

This living room makes you feel as if you’re home.

The home also has plenty of lighting, though the windows provide plenty of natural light.

Both of the bedrooms have a queen sized bed that offers access to the deck where you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail.

The decks feature cozy rocking chairs and a tiny table where you can savor the breathtaking views.

And there’s more! The house has two television sets, is equipped with WiFi and has a gas fireplace.

A staircase takes you to the second floor of the home.

The homeowner, Janet, also provides you with two bikes so you can enjoy the waterfront bike path.

You can also enjoy activities like bird watching.

The home is available for rent on HomeAway.com for $183 per night but the home is only rented in 30 days intervals.

The monthly rate for the home is $5,500.
